Just a thought. Could you use the old word 'bid the couple live in love divine? I think you must have been a fairy in your last life and gave birth to a fairy as well. Both of you love the impish gatherings and little people that not many humans see. I loved all of your poem/story and hope you will write more. Because I belong to the one-legged garden gnome club!

Good Morning Brooke, I'm not just a one-legged garden gnome and now you owe me a coffee! Love, Kay.

I would love to know what's been concealed. This poem could go on another 20 or so sections for my money and great delight. I have enjoyed it so very much. But the sun is coming up and the party is over so I must leave like the rest of the magical guests. What a delight this has been!

Hi Brooke...I was glad you see you had posted number three in this series while the second part was still clear in my mind. This one is every bit as wonderful as the other two. I love the ending, it is appropriate to leave the reader wanting to know what has been concealed! Roses at your feet...you may now take a bow....blessings....chey

I had to write them one right after another or I would have lost sight myself of what had gone on before! Thanks so much, Chey :-) You are truly gracious with such lovely comments. Brooke

Never know indeed! lol I'm so glad you were invited in to this event. The whole thing flows together well, with some wonderful images - definitely one for your grandchildren. :)

A little bit of Midsummers Night's Drean mixed within the poetry you have written. Each part is better than the last yet together as a whole they were quite wonderful. Now, sadly, back to unpacking.

I just realized that I didn't add any of these to my bookcase. What was I thinking? LOL A beautiful, albeit bittersweet, end to this poem-story. (I say "bittersweet" because it ended well, but I didn't want it to end!)
Great work - a pleasure to read. I am now off to bookcase. Cheers!

Thank you, my friend :-) I'm sorry you're sad to have it end, but my mental well-being depended on its ending! LOL Brooke :-)
