Interesting write my friend. Having nursed the dying, I have seen total fear in some that do not want to die. I believe we must deal with Karma. Make good our mistakes in life and cleanse our mind and soul to depart in peace. Thanks for sharing XXK.

Methinks, lifetime big punishments for little mistakes, I'm getting!

Methinks hell is what we go through here on earth.

The style is perfect for the content. Acts of mine use to haunt me for years after. Now, at 76, I have let them go. Days go by so fast, I don't have time for 'ghosts'.

How many people head for the store for some trifle and bleed out on the asphalt?
Young Christians fret about The Unforgivable Sin alluded to in the New Testament.
Unusual styles don't bother me. Excellent post.

I love your title. It's intriguing and fits nicely with your work. Your work is very descriptive, gets your point across nicely. With this everchanging world that we live in I can understand why you feel the way you do. All we can do is repent for our sins, and try to do what's right.

According to scripture, because Christ died for the sins of the world, and all that lies therein, we'll be judged for our unbelief not breaking the law, so the penalty's the same for all men. Well done, a nicely written work, blessings, Roy
Typo : O man, how right (you're) you are?

I quite understand where you are coming from, ALD, I am being haunted at night in the early hours when I'm trying to go to sleep, and in the dawning, when I wish I was still asleep! I guess it's an ageism thing. The nearer we get the more we think. I enjoyed reading your words, they truly are unique. :) Sandra xx

A most interesting write, ALD. I wonder why you used the contract you're instead of writing out you are. Still understood, just a little unusual is all.

Much enjoyed reading this today and many thanks for sharing.

Hi. In the first sentence is a spelling error.

Aside from that, no other errors. I enjoyed the premise. To think and wonder about, whether or not we will be free from our sins once we leave this earth, is provocative and pulls emotion from me. I wonder this same question sometimes. And most certainly will even more directly, while on my deathbed. Although only God knows, aa you've said in your work. This was a good piece. Well written!

Your unusual style always shines with a clarity like no other. I think the older I get, the more concerned I am with trying to atone for the wrongs I may have done others, whether intentional or not (I admit to being driven by a certain sense of indignation in my youth). I, too, wonder what retribution may await me, beyond. Thanks for sharing! All the best, Ann Marie

A very well-written short fictional about our thoughts and words that haunt us all the time, especially when it is harmful words and thoughts that hurt another.
