This is an excellent chapter, and without any problems that I could find. I've noticed that you've given no indication as to how Leya feels about Steve, and the woman is difficult to figure out. That's how it should be, and it does drive the story.

I think you need to have a comma after Peggy in -
Angry he needed to have this conversation with Peggy he left the room.

This chapter is the most 'womanly' so far, as you take the trouble to describe what Leya and Peggy are wearing. I like it, seems more relaxed. An wow... there is signals of jealousy between the two women! Enjoyable.
