Poor Freddy. He was happy while he was there. I've never had any reptiles but turtles, and my cats get alone with them beautifully. In fact, one cat plays their version of "gotcha last." It's precious to watch.

I have wanted a turtle, but haven't gotten one, yet.

They make great house pets. Very sociable. Love being talked to and listening to music. Just remember to wash your hands after handling him/her.

Oh. Poor Freddy. Doesn't it make you think you should have found a cool, sheltered place for him outdoors. Our does Monty go out roaming? In which case he would probably have got Freddy anyway. Comes across as an inevitable end. Kate xx

Oh. Poor Freddy. Doesn't it make you think you should have found a cool, sheltered place for him outdoors. Our does Monty go out roaming? In which case he would probably have got Freddy anyway. Comes across as an inevitable end. Kate xx

LOL If he wouldn't have surprised me, I would have been able to put him outside. When he was with the towels. I had to protect him from being dachshund breakfast. LOL Monty rarely goes outside, but his brother A.J. is indoor outdoor and is a very accomplished hunter.
