Dear Mike, thank you for this wonderful review during such a busy time, too. It means so much. I am blessed by the six stars and your kind observations.
I was compelled to write this, overwhelmed by God really. I'm glad so many were encouraged. I've had may PM's reporting such amazing things! A timely poem for us all. I was privileged to deliver it. Something good to look upon at any rate.

You are most welcome, Sal. Ironically, Susan (Susanjohn) just told me that a big oak between the sidewalk and the road in front of her house came down in a storm a couple of nights ago. It fell onto the street, crunching her daughter's car in the process. Fortunately, no one was hurt. It turned out that the tree was rotted inside, so was weakened. In her family, I think Susan is the real stalwart oak. -- Mike

I'm glad to hear no one at Susan's home was hurt. Yes, my neighbor's oak tree came down on us during Hurricane Irma. It too, was rotten. Sal :)

Trees need to be checked periodically to find the ones at risk. I was so glad I took down a cluster of five male poplars and a separate huge female poplar (that was blanketing the whole area with white fluff) before we had an ice storm that would have toppled them all. The cluster would have damaged both my neighbor's house and mine. Every tree in the neighborhood lost its top in that storm -- even the evergreens. Our power was out for nine days, and the finished basement flooded because the sump pump had no power to run. That's when I found out that regular homeowner's insurance does not cover rising ground water, but taking those poplars down saved us from far worse. -- Mike

Yes, God calls us trees or oaks of righteousness, but I think the trees of the field are just that, and they do wave and claps, as, if we didn't cry, God would get the rocks to cry. But this is brilliant, very poetic, which is the way Jesus was, the Master poet, the wielder of the word, because He is the word, that's why David was. Beautifully written dear girl, blessings, Roy

Yes, God calls us trees or oaks of righteousness, but I think the trees of the field are just that, and they do wave and claps, as, if we didn't cry, God would get the rocks to cry. But this is brilliant, very poetic, which is the way Jesus was, the Master poet, the wielder of the word, because He is the word, that's why David was. Beautifully written dear girl, blessings, Roy
