This haiku, Ireland's Green Earth, has a nice play on words as one may return to the emerald isle and be fitted right in to the great design. Nice.

This poem along with the artwork speaks volumes of what Ireland is. After spending a month in Ireland back in '08, I completely enjoyed not only the beauty but the wonderful people of Ireland!

Irish, I'm so pleased you liked this haiku and appreciate from my Irish heart your wonderful review and encouraging comments. I especially want to thank you for the extra bright star. You make me think of flying over the world in an airplane and seeing things from that wonderful upper view! Where everything appears smaller and cut into squares that are sewn together like patchwork quilts (I assume that's what you're talking about?) Nice images!
