She has the gift of clairvoyance yet she does not seem to be able to used it the way it is supposed to. There is a doubt whether the man she met is dead or alive. She is not ready for a visit from beyond. Very interesting chapter and I like the mention of clairvoyance. Missed some chapters, I have to check them for more understanding.

Ah, yes, you are missing some very big links - but many are no longer paying, so please, don't bother to review. By all means you are welcome to read them if you like, of course.

I did read them briefly for information, Dawn. I think I am up to date now.Margie:))))

If he's already dead, too late to change fate. Still didn't say how he died, and where. Was he at home or coming to see 'you' or what? Please just come right out and say it. No more cryptic stuff that an old brain can't handle. :)

You make such convincing points. In metaphysics, we learn there is no such thing as coincidence. God brings together two people who need each other at the right time. Still, when that bond is broken, one needs closure. That's what the narrator is looking for now.

This is clever writing because it is convincingly pretending to be truth, but is labelled fiction. Set out perfectly, and peppered with sparkling gems of truth, it is moving and passionate, and clairvoyance is a subject those ignorant amongst us don't easily understand. I saw unwonted clairvoyance scare my mother to bits.

Oh, that's not at all nice - I'm sorry her experiences were so frightening. Thank you for this marvelous review, Giddy! I'm so pleased you are enjoying this series. :)

Hi Dawn,

Amazing story even if it is fiction, but my guess is the clairvoyance is not fiction.
You have pulled the reader in and through your writing have created a marvelous setting. I felt the indecision concerning the clairvoyance and the anixousness of a woman expressing concern for the man she cares for. Outstanding writing skills and thank you for sharing.

A strange and compelleing FS love affair. Perhaps it is time to meet? But sometimes the person on the paper is not quite the fantasy in reality?

Hahahaha, well...would be nice...but we'll see what the muse comes up with - you do know by now it's fiction, right? Sprinkled with some truths (lately a lot, especially emotionally) but it's fiction. Thank you Curly Girly.

Kate, I know you were off enjoying your Christmas - no worries at all! The parts are all still here, it's just some aren't paying anymore. They are a mix of poems and very short stories, so help yourself if you like! (some earlier parts are in my book of short stories - the latest ones are still out, inside the portfolio.) Just don't bother to review any that aren't paying. :) Happy New Year to you too, my friend - much health and happiness!

Wow - you're really keeping us on the edge of our seats now Dawn ... weaving FS in here has us totally intrigued ... a little truth turns up the believability big-time! FS won't let me '6' you, sorry! :)

Gee, then I guess now's not the best time to reveal it's fiction, huh? (fiction with a liberal sprinkling of 'truths'.) Thank you, Sharyn - I'm so glad you're enjoying it.
reply by visionary1234 on 30-Dec-2012
well it's categorized as romantic fiction ... there's a clue right there ... but you're convincing us totally that it's true!

Marvelously realistic fiction. Your first person POV personalized the piece. I feel like she's right in front of me leaning forward with great concern about what has happened to this soul-mate that she's found on a writing site. You personalized it by using FanStory as the site but if you publish, I suggest that make up another name just to make it more generic and appealing to many who are may not be keen on FS.
I see no corrections, and it read very smoothly with your conversational tone.

Thanks so much - yes, for sure if I was publishing I would not use the name. I'm so glad you enjoyed this part!

Soul connections are hard to come by and when you find them, you want to literally hang on for dear life. I get a sense your friend's okay. Why not get in a quiet place and use that extra-sensory perception you say you have. Communicate telepathically with your friend. Do this for a week or so, about 15 or 20 minutes each day, until you get your response. It can happen, go ahead and try it!

Absolutely, I KNOW it works, but not usually on demand, not for me anyway. But this is fiction. Sprinkled with gems of truth, but primarily fiction. Thank you so much - I'm very happy you are enjoying the series.

No, it does not work on demand. I work with the Holy Spirit and I never know when I'll get my answers, but I do get them. Because this method seems to be a universal principle whether one is religious or not, it works if one get centered, think about the issue, and set some time aside to wait for the answers. It's my pleasure to speak with you, and yes, I have enjoyed this series.
