I remember those, yes, you must get that butt in gear again! lol! I am going to bring a few of these back to see how they go, and then I might write some more capers. Did you read all the first book, John? I have another 10 in this book, and another 20 just hanging around waiting to be illustrated. I can't afford to do that yet, perhaps later. Thank you so much, Phyllis. I haven't been able to come up with any writing these last few days, so thought I would bring some of my Hedgerow Capers poems back. My doctor sent me for an X-ray yesterday, and I have to go for pulmonary checks and an ECG, test. I used to be asthmatic but it cleared up when I went to live in Spain, the air was so much healthier, now I am worried it is coming back, or, worse still, I have what my mum had, emphysema. I did smoke when I was young, but gave it up, my mum carried on till she died and although my doctor said I should be alright, we are checking it all out. The ECG is for the clammy feeling I keep getting. Fingers crossed it's all just a weird bug. Right, you didn't really want to know all that, did you?? LOL, thanks for your lovely review, my friend. Yes, I did want to know how you are. I don't think emphysema is your problem just because your mum had it. It's not hereditary. Could be asthma coming back, but that's treatable. Heart problems I don't know about. That's the only part of me that still works. I'm breathing better since I started taking NAC every day. It's great at reducing inflammation so it helps just about every problem a person can have. For me, illness is a way of life these past five years or more, so I try everything that might help, and I finally found something that actually DOES. I told my doctor and she was surprised. Shows how much good info is on the web that even doctors don't know. :)
