goodmorning, and this was just a lovely piece. I enjoyed the whole of the words, the motion and the emotion in this poem! Such a unique and wonderful way to say so much, not simple, yet simple in its message, but deep in its vision, if that makes sense?? smile, good luck, lovely piece, much love twomoon

brooke, this is very well done. troilets are new to me and so it takes me a while to get the feel of them, but this flows well, it paints a lovely picture. good job.

David, they are brand new to me too, but I looked them up, and they date back 700 years. I guess it was about time to try one! Thanks, Brooke :-)

Hi Brooke. This is another very well written triolet. I am not a fan of them but I really did enjoy this one very much. Good luck

They are not my favorite form by far, but I'd never written one before so decided to expand my horizons - thanks, Brooke :-)

This is lovely. I had to read the definition of Triolet several times to completely understand it's meaning. Considering I cannot even balance my checkbook, I think it is amazing that anyone can write something so lovely, with rules to follow. I think you did a very nice job with this and I wish you the best of luck in the contest.

You have done a maravellous job with this triolet, Brooke. It reads perfectly and it gives such positive energy. But then, most of your poems do. very nicely done indeed. Rose.

Well done! I looked at this writing prompt and came up totally blank. You have shown me how to take rigid rules and turn them into a work of beauty.
The artwork you chose adds depth to your triolet, as do the colours.
I am impressed.

Brooke, this is very good...makes this reader want to know more about the who, what, why and where of that day you'd like to recreate! I felt the longing, regret. :)

If we go back in time, do we get younger? You pose an interesting concept. I think it would require a bit of time to come up with what one would do. Great job!

Boy! Do I know that feeling, which is all to fleeting in my life. I enjoyed this well written poem and indeed it is not only romantic, but has a air of timelessness about it.
