In my opinion, if not for the devil and his evil deeds pushing us into the arms of our Lord, how many of us would have such a strong faith?
Your timing on posting this strong uplifting faith poem comes at the perfect time. It seems that our world is about to begin World War 3 at anytime now. And, the war in the Holy Land has the entire world on edge. So, if anybody's faith is in doubt this is surely the time to get that worked out.
This is definitely the time for poetry such as this, so keep them coming Nomi...God bless us all...Bill

This to me is a scary story, l actually fear the second coming. It probably won't happen in my lifetime, but the thought that life will be altered so much makes me sad. A Great poem.

If you are on God's side, the future for you will bright and trouble free. You are wise to be afraid if you have not taken the necessary steps to secure your future.

Even in our darkest hours or when we may have fallen from grace, the Lord waits with his arms extended for us to repent and believe in his salvation. He has closed the door on the devil and warns us of the temptations, but gives us a place of safety.

I too hold on to my faith. Thank you for this hopeful, well written, spiritual poem. I pray throughout the day for this outcome. I do believe it will become a reality. It may take time, and I am in my sixties, I hope it happens soon. Great write.

I liked this it is skillfully written, the rhyme scheme works well to drive on the poem. The idea of a timeless being confined for one thousand years made me laugh, but we are tied to the rhyming and eternity would not fit. Thanks for sharing it was a good read.

Oh they definitely are. Satan is just one of the names given to the Devil.

Interesting Bible lesson/poem.
I went to catholic school and the teachers scared me for years. I had horrible nightmares about hell.
