What a lovely poem about Jesus and how He saves our souls in trials and temptations. I guess when life in rough, follow Jesus. He will give you the strength to make the right choices. These three people did. Love the poem.

Rosemary, please forgive my jittery finger that has to click on everything twice. It is a pain, but I guess two reviews is better than none. LOL

Your words are like a song to me. I loved the video of the song Hallelujah, it always touches my heart. I loved your poem, we wait in the joyful hope of the coming of the Lord. Those who were redeemed with pure love came to understand the Lord loves all of us and that we are His children. K xx

Very nice artwork and presentation, Debi. This is a lovely poem and expression of faith. Excellent opening verses establish the premise. I am curious if these are people you know or if you made them up to show what could go on in a family. Either way, each one had their share of troubles, and you write about the so poetically.
I like how you take each situation and end it with Jesus saying "come follow me." Very good concluding verses, as well. Thanks for sharing it and showing how difficult situations can be resolved. Hope you had a very good Christmas and have a great 2024!!

Hi Pam. What a positively, lovely review and I am so appreciative of the gift of your six stars and your very kind words. All of the names and situations were made up, yet a person would never have to look far to find problem in the world, right? Thank you so very much. You have no idea how much it is appreciated! I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas. Love, Debi

I am glad they were made up. You are very welcome and deserving of the stars and review, Debi. We had a very nice Christmas, and hope you did, too. Hard to believe 2024 is around the corner!!

Touching and sweet, your poem highlights how Jesus can turn lives around if we only follow Him. The refrain of "Follow me" was placed perfectly to be a breath of fresh air after each sad story.

An ordained minister could not have delivered a more inspirational and meaningful message. You told three separate stories in rhyme that demonstrates the love of, and need to follow Jesus. Your chosen artwork is perfect to intensify your message.

This is a beautiful and well-crafted verse that I really enjoyed reading, Debi! From the past, you transitioned so seamlessly with assured rhyme all the way through and personalising your poem with these modern day characters, making it all the more special. The last stanza is superbly done in its summation. Thanks for sharing. Take care, Debbie

This almost made me tear up. This was so beautifully written and the message is so touching and hopeful. I love how you gave different situations of different people throughout. This is an excellent write. The last line was my favorite one, and reminds us that God is waiting for us to give Him all our baggage so He can, in return, give us His healing and peace.

I already told you how much I love the name, Yusita, and now I know why. I think it sounds Angelic, like you seem to be. Your lovely words are so sweet and so very appreciated. Thank you also for the honor of your six stars. You are such a special friend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Such a spiritually touching poem. So many people get lost or confused by circumstances in their lives. It is wonderful when through some happenstance miracle they turn to our Savior and follow him. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us:

Sarah, I truly appreciate all your kind words for my poem, and thank you for changing it to a five. I know you tried for a six but they never let you do that for some reason. I just appreciate your thoughtfulness.
I hope you and yours had the nicest Christmas ever. Love, Debi
