Don't touch politics it is like sitting on a keg of dynamite ready to explode. No one can agree on anything let alone spraying germs through the earth in air using everyone as Experiments.

You're right that so much has been politicized. It was that way even 200 years ago when our nation was young and another plague hit and the Democratic-Republicans were for the bleeding and purging method to treat Yellow Fever and the Federalists supported the quinine treatment. Politics was so bad that the congressmen needed armed escorts to walk the streets of Philadelphia (the capital then).
I think other stats have taken over the front page but 800,000 people have died of Covid in our country alone. I think if anyone can do their part, they should try to unite against this plague.

We have made tremendous progress in many things but we are also facing challenges. I like the way you quote the Bible and let me and my family live in my part of the road. This is a thoughtful "rant" (I don't mean that in a negative way) for the contest, good luck. A couple of minor things: the paragraph starting "During thee" I think you mean these. The paragraph about Transportation the second sentence ends funny, just take a look and see what you think. Otherwise, this is a very good opinion piece. I agree with a lot. There was a young guy here on FanStory that wrote he wished we were back in the simpler times of the 80's and 90's. That made me laugh. Good job.

The main point where we differ is whether you should have the choice of catching Covid. I think in a pandemic situation, we owe it to world safety to bow to the good of the majority, and ignore our own personal wishes. But as I said, we also have to accommodate free-choice. Unfortunately, it's a lose-lose situation.
