I love your thoughts - and this is a wonderful poem. I suspect you get away with hugging people better than I do. One of my kids mother-in-law is a fabulous hugger - yeah, hers probably do last 20 seconds. My family is not used to it - such a long hug. But, I've grown to love it ... just relax and hug right back. You are right, it is very healthy! And it is very therapeutic - and a way to be close with someone.

Elated you enjoyed and appreciated this poem and presentation on hugs, and loved the comments
and reflections you shared. Hugs are never without some good effect, and memory...no matter
