Hello my dear Gypsy;
-The Sacto Poetess writes with a flare which is as beauty as a rose but prickled as the thorns it carries an such as this poem of why do the vamps roam but for the warm blood of a selected quest's nourishment.
-This beautifully romantic haiku tells of a place that is been built on a frigid ground and where the vampires and vampiresses search the surrounding villages when the sun dips slowly in the West part of a Romania type land. There their screeching howls and air swept breeze from their approaches bring terror to the villager's homeland.
-Everything speaks true in your haiku and it's flavorful writing of the first two lines are so adamantly descriptive with a demonstrative vividness.
-Your satori blends like the blood that mixes with theirs when they strike unnoticed in the night with fangs prodding and puncturing the soft tissue that blends with theirs an then mingles life back into their body.
-Thank you for sharing Gypsy and take care and have a good one.
Alex
PS: As you can see them getting into your's and Dean's work.

That was quick--we are into the drama of Book Two! I admired your Gothic picture and descriptive haiku to establish the setting. Once again, your use of alliteration heightens the intensity. Cheers- Joan

That is lovely artwork! Oh, give me a home where the vampires still roam. Great description. You would expect the vampires to be attracted to the cold ground. This has a spooky effect. and cold blooded love makes a great last line. It's true that they would be incapable of a warm feeling of love. judi

Cold blooded love
That screams volumes when it comes to vampires and how they love. Sends chills through me.
Really well written and a great start to what is no doubt going to be a fantastic book.
Also, I love the graphic, it is amazing!

This was very interesting.
I'm intrigued by the concept and looking forward to reading more of the work as you post it.
I enjoyed the haiku - it worked very well and it managed to convey a lot whilst saying a little.
Very good stuff.

Awesome beginning to the continuation of this book of Gothic terror tales. I cannot but feel for Mirela's current situation knowing she ran away from her parents because she felt black magic was wrong. Now in love with a werewolf that fought with his brother for her love, she must live with the knowledge she was the cause. This is a sad beginning to what will surely be a terrifying story.

I see you have been reading ... LoL You are almost caught up or close to it. Good job! You win an award.....
Don't worry about Mirela, she is a fighter. She loves Varcolac and Claudiu but she is in love with Claudiu. I know, it gets confusing for me too. LoL
