I'm confused on this one, Mikey, as I sure agree with your notes, but I've spent much of my adult life wishing I'd 'got together' with a gorgeous (in mind and looks) lady friend of mine, some thirty years ago.
There was a slight problem, as she was deeply in love with a friend of mine, and married him. Oh...and I never even hinted to her of my deep love.
So, apart from those minor problems, everything went great. ;-)

Jeesh. There are those ones that are pretty damn tough to take. I still think on the whole, I wouldn't trade any of it in. I've got one of those thirty years ago ones two. Damn, what were we thinking? Then there was my horrible first wife's sister. Wrong choice there. Oh well, I'm young ... and deluded. LOL mikey

I must admit that I agree with you to a point, feeling that never having known love would be the greatest sorrow of all. Yet, unrequited love is a debilitating hurt, outweighing all else. Thanks for sharing another of your deep thoughts. :-)

Yep, it's a killer. But you get over it. I can't imagine not remembering some of the loves I've had. I'm very lucky and I've known a lot of blind chicks I think. HAHAHA! Glad you liked this. mikey

Or, as has also been said, "Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all". This brought back all sorts of memories, many from a young age probably weren't love at all just infatuation. Others were and though one is hurt at the time, it is possible to look back on that heady feeling with joy.

Thanks, Mary. It's not to difficult actually. Just download an image to paint and type the text on to it. Then get a free photobucket account, download it to there. Then you can download from photobucket straight to advanced editor. Takes a little practice, but I'm no tech wizard, believe me. Let me know if you want some help with it. Thanks so much, mikey
