Very funny story. I enjoyed it. Please consider the following.
'So you think I consider myself always right, and can't stand to be contradicted... is that it?"' You don't need the comma before your conjunction because your second sentence is incomplete. I considers and can't stand it.
"No dear." Since dear is a term of affection, you need a comma before it.
