Totally awesome writing! Great from beginning to end. Kept my attention and interest, which is hard to do normally. Great story about this leaf! Loved it. God bless and hugs, Susanne

This is a cute poem about the life and journey of a leaf, very imaginative, and fun to read. Your poem offers a different perspective about leaves, which could be related to our life's journey. The poem has a nice flow, nice to read, thanks for sharing.

I like the originality of your poem content. I would suggest to stay in the present or in the past- the first stanza flips from present to past to present, making it a bit confusing to the reader. I really do like the last part that reads like a Dr Seuss poem "for all leaves are leaves and all trees are trees" It reads with optimism.

I like this! Very different but neat. To me it is saying we are all the same no matter what 'tree' we came from. A unique way to look at being unique and yet all created equal.

Lovely poem. I liked the easy way it brought the image of the falling leaf to my mind.Liked the line " all leaves are leaves/And all trees are trees".

This was a fantastic poem. I truly enjoyed reading it. You took that lone leaf on a wonderful journey. It was not one of sorrow but that of an adventure. The picture choice was very appropriate and the background paper color and print color gave it that special touch. Thank you so much.

I loved this and eventually saw beyond the simple magic of a tale well told, to the anti racist message concealed amongst the foliage, where no leaf gives a toss where any other leaf comes from.

At one point a leaf asks:
"where are u going ?"

Later another asks:
"Where are you from?"

In using "u" as well as "you" were you making a statement about languistic difference or simply a typo?

Thank you, the "u" was a typo. I appreciate you pointing that out
