Thank you Margaret. I did not disclose this to any of my other reviewers, but this poem woke me up and I hurried to write it down. I subjected it to many edits , as I tried to cut it down to a readable entry.

You've done a nice job of taking the verses from Revelations and sharing them in poetic form.
I had to read it twice to get it to flow better, slowing down my reading in order to capture the words better.

Thank you Pam, I failed to mention to mist of the reviewers that this poem woke me up and as I hurried to write it down, I was already contemplating future edits prior to submitting it.

I think it's a great testament of faith. The firmness of the voice is a demonstration of your convictions. And there's also lots of hope in it; sort of like the hope you hang onto when you see a storm cloud coming. You look forward to the peace that comes afterward. Or maybe the hope you look for when there is a war underway, and you look forward to winning that war. estory

This is an excellent poem, in large part because you managed to make it sound so conversational in tone while still employing rhyme and rhythm beautifully. By doing it this way, you made it very easy to understand, and direct enough that even younger readers would pick up on its message.
Relaying it as something G-d said directly to Satan made an already strong piece that much more powerful.

Thank you. Your comments bring joy to my heart. I believe the scriptures are important when viewed as a letter from God. They reveal not only the history of his dealings with us, but also his hopes and plans for our future.

I want to believe that too, but sometimes everything that's going on in the world at the moment worries me. I try to avoid the news. Selfish, I know.

Belief is a purely personal matter. I would be hard pressed to try to force anyone to believe based om what my own beliefs are. I truly hope that you find a belief source that works for you.

The scripture before your poem clearly shows that earthlings are being lead to misbelief and it's our Souls that are in danger if we lose faith and join in sinful things

Your poem thoroughly and adequately describes in rhyme, the scripture detailing the events in Heaven that resulted in earth being scared by the presence of the devil. As believers, all we have to do is repent for our sins, have faith in Christ and know He has redeemed us and accepts us as His own.
