I think it might be happening all over Australia Kay, not just Queensland, their have been kids involved in murders, bashings, incinerating cars, and very high rents here in SA, some assailants as young as 11 and12, there was a near murder (the victim's got little brain activity, still in a coma) only a couple days ago, with a girl 14 involved, beautifully written, blessings Roy

I think it might be happening all over Australia Kay, not just Queensland, their have been kids involved in murders, bashings, incinerating cars, and very high rents here in SA, some assailants as young as 11 and12, there was a near murder (the victim's got little brain activity, still in a coma) only a couple days ago, with a girl 14 involved, beautifully written, blessings Roy

Too bad the newcomers have no respect for others and you are now seeing such a rise in crime. No one benefits in such a situation.
We've had many people move into our more rural area due to Covid. (Not so rural now.) We lock our gates at night. Crime is up, and I don't recall seeing people begging on the streets before, but they are on every corner now. It's not as crazy as what you describe in Queensland. I hope they can get things under control in your area so you can again enjoy where you live.

We've had many people move into our more rural area due to Covid. (Not so rural now.) We lock our gates at night. Crime is up, and I don't recall seeing people begging on the streets before, but they are on every corner now. It's not as crazy as what you describe in Queensland. I hope they can get things under control in your area so you can again enjoy where you live.

If the gov't/judges are like those in the US, they will
let the criminals out on bail where they will continue
as before. Or, they will not do much except give a
warning, a slap n the hand, and let them go. I understand
how frightening it is.

Hello Jan, A new ruling is bail is refused in such cases. He's destroyed four families and his life too. Apparently he was high on ice. Lock up or lose your car. We don't have guns here; they would only fuel the situations and more would die. Love, Kay.

I wrote it because I was so shocked a 13 yr old caused three deaths and one still fighting for life. Our kids are out of control and my country town is in a mess. The Govt is more concerned making money with coal/gas and spending billions. Love, Kay xx
