Good presentation, I like your theme. Ya, say goodbye and so long! Kids love winter, us not so much. Being in lockdown makes us long for spring so much more!

What a great haiku. I love the clever play off theword 'envelopes.' Living in Dallas, I can say I am grateful Springhas returned winter's frigid grip to sender! Nice work.

Elvis would be proud that you used his song for your last line in your Haiku. And yes, the illustration is fantastic!
Not sure that the yellow text is necessary for your middle line. Besides, I never equate Spring with yellow, maybe green?
If we wanted to really get techy, then emails or Twitters could be substituted for journals. LOL. Envelopes would go with letters. The very good 1998 movie, You've Got Mail, also comes to mind as a metaphor for your verse (-;

The art is unique with its message and your chosen words it stirs the mind. Winter does seem to hang on in a gripping way sometimes, causing Spring to fight its way back.

I love the artwork you chose to go with your poem, they are a perfect match.
Your words told the story from the start. It even gave me a chill when I saw the reflection of the apple.
