Lovely, heartfelt poem supporting your faith. I did enjoy how this flowed so smoothly and you did capture the land before and after showing us what God has given to his children.
If we would only listen and become better caretakers of His gifts.
Best of luck - this is a lovely offering. AT=/

Hi Brooke,
I can certainly agree with your last verse here. Expresses very well all we have to be grateful for in our lives.

Brooke;
An excellent written poem that I enjoyed reading so much in another brilliant mastery of a written piece of poetry.
The rhyming and with them was exceptional with its meter and tempo pulling the weight of the rhythm which flows smoothly throughout your poem.
Your rhyming also was neither force nor labored and helps your rhythm and flow that smooth or even still.
Good luck and a faith contest for this is an excellent entry in the possibilities of it to win our great.
Thank you for sharing and posting this for everyone to read and may the Lord be with you always especially in your time of need.

This is a very powerful statement of not only an unshakable faith, but also viable and observable fact. It should not require a degree in science to be able to recognize that the ability to plant seeds and receive a usable crop or tree to understand that this did not occur by chance. The ability to plant and reap came from an intelligent source. The Bible contains hundreds if not thousands of usable instructions on how to make live better that we can no longer deny the existence of God.

I remember all Creation,
from the firmament to sea,
and then I stop to thank the Lord
for all He's given me.
Here you come again with this beautiful rhyming poem, about your Faith for a contest. You know so well that you are an outstanding writer, and I cannot but await for your name to rise on my screen, just to read those amazing different stories you put in your poems.
You are unique, and God bless you. Hi to Sawyer. xoxo

What a wonderful faith poem Brooke. I love the way you tell the story. The meter and rhyme are smooth as satin. Remembering to be thankful is a very important part of Faith. Great job. Nancy

Verrry cool, and a great way to initiate a discussion. Kids love to think about early history when dinosaurs roamed and things were very different. Parents can use this poem to connect all that to God and His creation. :)

Christopher, thank you. That is what is wonderful about poetry. If we all wrote exactly what you would write for a contest, poetry would get pretty darned dull. Brooke
