I like this black and white love poem. Great descriptions that start out slowly then builds up -as the stars burst and ting - nice one Allison. Good luck in the contest, its a lovely read.
Many thanks for the compliment of becoming a fan.

I liked your poem on passionate love. It was very well done in verse and words. It created a mood and sent a message to the reader. Very well done.

i gave this poem a five star as i think it shows the important of the bonds of love. A bond is more powerful than the whole world when two people bond and become one they see themselves in a different world altogether and all troubles are forgotten

Sounds like a Baptist preacher. Sun goes dark, moon turns to blood, stars fall. Just kidding to fatten my review. This looks excellent and to prompt in my opinion.

Good afternoon, Allison
You've described the initial infatuation of two people falling in love when nothing else seems to matter except each other.
Enjoyed.
Take care and stay safe,
Ray

Wow!!! You may be aware that I write a lot of love poems and this poem of yours is easily as good, if not better, then anything that I've written. This is a really beautiful poem with great rhyming that's unforced and a really consistent syllable count. Really nice job, keep up the good work. Best of luck in the contest.

Good job, Allison. It's a lovely free verse. I like free verse and haiku best. I don't do rhyme if I don't have to. :) I think you will do just fine with your entry for the love poem contest.

Allison78, wow, this is a beautiful poem about passion and the melding of two hearts. Fortunate indeed is the one who finds their one. Fortunate indeed. It's actually incredible and all the hurt one has ever experienced dissipates when two are on the same ethereal plane. Beautiful work Allison. Jlsavell

This is a great love poem full of imagery. I like the color scheme & the artwork. You expressed your feelings well--2 people oblivious to the world as they have eyes only for each other.
Good job & thanks for sharing. Jan
