Society...
Something to think about
by johngie
"Anti-capitalistic shirts stating communistic views.
Social media proclaiming 'my feelings are hurt because you unfriended me.'
Fancy-schmancy coffee that costs more than life sustaining food.
Times change, attitudes do too, society adjusts but there are fundamental skills that tend to slip. Manners, social skills, carrying on a conversation that is not all about you. Kindness, humility--life is hard. Everything is earned.
Put down your phone and look into another person's eyes when you talk to them. Speak more than one syllable words."
This came from my sixteen year old niece.
