I'd Rather be Puffing

by HarryT

I’m a little husband, old but strong
Dragged to the mall, where I don’t belong
I’d rather be home, puffing on my bong
Is my longing so very, very wrong?

I'm a Little Teapot writing prompt entry
Writing Prompt
Write your own * family friendly* version of "I'm a Little Teapot".

To remind you, here is the original:

I'm a little teapot, short and stout
Here is my handle, here is my spout
When I get all steamed up, hear me shout:
Tip me over and pour me out!

Have some fun and entertain us, but please note there IS a certain format. Please keep that in mind as you write. This will not be an exact requirement in the final voting, but I'm counting on folks to CONSIDER FORM AND QUALITY and HOW WELL THE ENTRIES CAN BE SUNG ALONG TO THE ORIGINAL TUNE.

Other Examples:

I'm a little tractor, smart and green;
I'm the country farmer's limousine.
When the crops are gathered, rows are tilled,
take me to the barn and let me chill!

I'm a college mascot, watch me flip.
Help me with my costume, lend me a zip.
Elephants and bulldogs, 'dawgs don't nip
The Crimson Tide don't take no lip!
-Dean Kuch (1/2018)

I'm an alligator in the swamp.
You must be careful where you romp.
Splash into my waters makes me WHOMP!
Watch my teeth go chomp, chomp, chomp.
