This work has reached the exceptional level
life and thoughts

Too Settled

A picture
can bring
me back
to a time when...

Yesterday,
it seems yesterday,
I loved.

Oh yesterday,
I lived.

Yes, yesterday is
nostalgic.

But matters,
not a whit.

For today...
yes, today-
I want to live.

Just forgive,
and live.
Maybe love.

Maybe
greet each day
with arms embracing
a life.

Yes, my life.
Right now.
Right?

You bet your ass
it's right.
