Night Terrors

Night Terrors

The air in my bedroom grew cold
Suddenly I felt very old
My room was now an evil place
In the darkness, I saw a frightening face

I began to shake filled with fear
Step by step the thing drew near
Until by my bed it stood at last
At the frightful sight, my heart was aghast

My lungs burned as I inhaled
My breath was frosty as I exhaled
My mind was filled with horror and dread
Dean Kuch was standing at the foot of my bed
