Crying for my youth

The Rhythm Method--Back In Black II

by Mike Stevens

Came the bad news, screaming down the wires,
another piece of my teenage ripped out with pliers

The older of the brother's Young has left the scene,
and those of you who loved AC/DC will know what I mean,

when I say nothing will ever be quite the same
in the rock world--his was the less famous of the name,

but he was the driving one behind the glitz and bright lights
ac AC/DC rocketed to incredible fame and incredible heights

"Speak softly, and crank out monstrous licks!"
Never flashy, he was never about show-offy tricks,

he was all about steady, all about the rhythm method,
the soundtrack of my teenage years filled his head
