After forty-five years, my husband, Mike, left me.
I bought a dog for comfort, but Willy hated everyone.
So, when Mike, now dying of cancer, came home, I was worried.
But Mike died with Willy beside him...and Willy must have gone with him.
Because Willy had just disappeared.
