Excellent
Not yet exceptional. When the exceptional rating is reached this is highlighted
The dreaded cell phone

The affliction

THE AFFLICTION

There's a worldwide addiction
It's just getting worse
And it is my prediction
It's to be a Gen. Y curse

Cell phones and texting
Has killed conversation
Instagram and sexting
With no reservation

Everywhere now across the world
And not just among our youth
In our hands are mobiles held
Don't look too far for the proof

Cell phones have taken over our lives
Talking face to face is lost
The question is asked how one survives
Without one, let's count the cost

Road fatalities among the young
Are an ever increasing worry
In their hands their mobiles are clung
It's a new tech. world in a hurry

Gone are the days of the answering machine
Land lines are a thing of the past
Leaving a message is just so obscene
In a world that is moving too fast

Recognized

There are many great advances in technology in the last 50 years but the one that has its positives and negatives the most is the cell phone.
The simple art of face to face conversation is dying because of texting
Pays one point and 2 member cents.
