Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
a winter poem

seasonal stage

Winter arrives
in a flurry of snow,
as Autumn packs up
her coppery show.

She takes center stage
pirouettes and jetes.
Entranced as she dances,
a chilled cabaret.

Backstage, Spring waits,
in a perfect plie,
for Winter's finale
and her turn to play.
