heal
ourselves
concentrate
our precious time
to create a path
by living mindfully
beyond the ordinary
releasing the boring mundane
finding the right personal balance
engaging in life without resistance
the possibilities are tremendous
with self-generated reflections
don't indulge in fear and anger
using your innate wisdom
obstacles become less
focus on your needs
visualize
harmony
and peace
now
