When I awaken He is on my mind.
He is true to form, always sweet and kind.
He walks with me in heartaches and brings comfort to my soul.
When He is with me I know I am being made whole.

He is the most awesome love I have ever known.
His tenderness and love is beyond what is usually shown.
He gives me living water to quench this dry, thirsty land.
I hope one day you will realize in this world he's one to understand.

What's so neat about Him is you want to share His love.
It's not like earthly man, but so much better as it's from above.
His timing is always perfect and he knows what I happen to need.
I will always be in love with Him as he is my best friend indeed.

Standing somewhere in the shadows I happen to find him.
He is always so close to me when I call.
His presence encamps about me and is no whim.
To him I always give my love and all.
