Sun shining any winter morn
will curl my lips into a smile
especially when snow is deep
and we've had cloudy days awhile.

Those sunbeams flooding through the panes
into each crevice of a room
restore my spirits instantly.
Depression ends with vanished gloom.

Enthusiasm, zest's reborn
once I've felt Sun's reviving touch
upon my eyes, my nose and cheeks,
a warmth I've craved so very much.

A sunny day brings happiness,
bright smiles, relief from Winter's stress.
