Inspiration ignites,
as pointed blue strikes down
cursive ballet ~
calligraphy of the gods

Each ebony ink drop falls
on tears within the writing

Every bounce in rhythmic motion
represents demeanors ~

ire to humor
ennui to dread ~
struggle of the tides

underneath grooves left from running pen,
my heart bathes in creative waters
that babble downstream
for ideas swimming under memories

Read a screaming voice ~
internally muted
My soul pressed upon paper ~
delicately rooted
