Uplifted Spirits

by reconciled

strong whiskey warmth
quick swallowed follow
safe inside

snake charmers elixir
bitter addicted remedy
many an aliment

mystic physicians pharmaceutical
pixie dust prescribed magic
from here to heaven

in sixty seconds
Peter Pans medicine
never never lands

where cloud cover meets cotton field
summer dressed-you
always can tell

strong whiskey warmth
quick swallowed follow
safe inside
