A Codary

A chapter in the book Expressing Myself

A Strange Comfort

by playinaround

I drove slowly by the old cemetery today

Green, green grass
Immaculately groomed

A garden of white headstones
Perfectly spaced
as far as the eye could see

Each white stone had a story
Surrounded by a world of grief

I drove by the old cemetery today and I am not alone
