When Walter retired, he was asked:
“Why did you work here for thirty years?”
Smiling, Walter answered, “It’s a lucky man who does work he likes. It’s a blessed man who works with people he likes. One does not discard the blessings of the Lord.”
Wisdom, I have never forgotten.
