Alone I flee A ghost so black It brings darkness to a clouded sun And I cannot escape my shadow It torments me A past So dark It fuddles in brightness Where have I gone So alone in journey My visions of tomorrow So dubious My clarity of today Oblique And I am Sterile In movement It is a winter Frozen in eternity And sculpted in remorse It is Who I have become |
