I am frustration

Grown from a small seed of doubt

Through stewing and rehashing

I build to a thought which takes over your mind

Clouding reality and ability to feel anything

I am a rumination of nothingness

Leaving you no ability to feel joy or pain

Just confusion marching along

Unable to focus on the present

I hold you hostage, alone

Full of self-doubt and

Afraid I may never go away
