A little girl reads to her fairy friends
The Fairy Whisperer
There was a girl who loved to read
To fairies every day
Though some folks called it pure nonsense
She did it anyway
Upon the grass blades by her side
Small tiny fairies sat
Enchanted by the little girl
And her expressive chat
Nobody could convince her that
The fairies were not there
She knew indeed ,they were of course,
She saw them everywhere
Every flower in the meadow
Was bound to be a seat
A cushion for wee fairy buns
As she read them sweet treats
The whisperer of fairy tales
Read stories by the score
And everyone had elfin fun
That she supplied and more
This bright eyed, bubbly little girl
Who knew fairies exist
Found nothing brought her greater joy
Than spending time like this
Great happiness surrounded her
And all her fairy friends
With charm she entertained them all
Right to the stories end

This is dedicated to my friend on FAn Art Donkeyoatey and his grandaughter Morgana who loves to read to fairies. The little girl in the picture is actually her. I hope all of you and especially both of them enjoy the poetic story.
