Another Day

This is another day that the Lord has made
This is not the time for war games to continually be played
It's time for real men and women to stand up and do what is right
This isn't time to play it's time to fight
No more allowing craziness, laziness and mediocrity to stand
When oh yes our children's futures are at hand
With no education and no job training
No help with housing, transportation or food
And we wonder why so much crime is going on
Making us think we stand alone
That's what this earthly world expects us to do
I'm tired of going along to get along, what about you
Hold on and wait one minute
Instead of fighting and killing each other
We need to go back to standing up for one another
We should stand strong and fight together against the people who strive to keep us hooked in
That is, lives filled with struggle devastation and despair
With God on our side we will this disaster win
The right for our children to have truth and the availability of a better life
