steady thy self

The blade writer

by reconciled

The blade writer writes
of waste and greed
On the weak and weary
he is eager to feed

Without hesitation
and no emotion displayed
He cuts to the quick-
untold numbers he has slayed

So show no fear
when the blade is near
For he will cut you clean
and shed no tear

For forgiveness
is a plea his heart never made
and his blood soaked sword
will not be stayed
