Dad mellowed out in his old age
Turn the time to another page.

Fond memories lost so long ago,
Come rushing back as though they were snow!

Dad not remembering what I remember most
As he spreads peanut butter on his toast!

Things I didn't remember from my past
Came rushing back to me at last!

What's so different that makes me recall,
Being with Dad again, was hardly a ball.

Hanging on to my special love, so tight;
I need not start a great big fight.

Back home he patiently waits for me,
Hurry plane move, I want to see...

I want to see, my smile from Bob,
The one who makes my heart just lovingly throb.

Missing his sweet smile and manly looks,
You can't find him in any books.

He is unique in his own strange way
Tom, please get out of the way...

Let a real man take over,
You go and sit in your clover.

Take your book and your ice cream,
Go live your fantasy dream.

I live Gods way, you don't understand,
God wants me to have a real man...

I pledge all my heart and soul
To a man and not a mole!

Life is easier when you're so free
