New Recipe

100 Word Horror Contest Winner 
 
The stew needed more spices, was Ron's thought,
to compliment the vegetables he'd bought.
For his girl and best friend Brad, he'd made dinner,
the recipe, he knew, would be a winner.
 
His girl and he sat down but without Brad,
"Car trouble, perhaps?" she said, "Is what he had."
"Or maybe," Ron laughed, "Your lover's in a stew,
from me finding about the two of you."
 
"Would you like some dessert,
perhaps ice cream?"
Then stabbed her quick,
no neighbors heard her scream.
 
Adding her into his Bradley stew,
he'd eat quite well, 
the next few days,
he knew.
