Wading into the sea,undulating waves push, pull my body. 
I relax into the primal rhythm flowing this way and that.

 

I go deeper and float on the rising waves. 
Warm sun on my skin, roar of the sea in my ears, taste of salt on my lips

 

I am immersed in this experience, and the sea ,as my mind begins to clear.

Floating, floating

 

Carried by the rise and fall of the water until my sense of self dissolves

and I am one with the All
