Mustard Seed

LORD, though my enemies encompass me,

I believe You can annihilate them.

But if I'm pushed back into the stormy sea,

I know You can make a dry path for me.

And if the waters continue to rage,

I'll step out in confidence to walk on the water;

And as I sink under the choppy surface,

I'll fill my lungs with fluids, expecting to breathe.

And if I die, I pray my faltering faith has not disgraced You

For You are capable of doing all these things and more.

So I hold fast to my last, small scrap of truth:

When my spirit departs from my body, You will greet me.
