A Hectic Heptad for fun

Cracked, Not Broken

by June Sargent

In a life now full of strife,
one might find he's lost his mind.
Hurtful words cut like a knife.
In the end one must be kind.

Just a smile can sweeten bile.
Stress goes down - reversing frown.
This past year has been a trial.
Let's face forward, not behind.
