This work has reached the exceptional level
RIP RBG 1933 - 2020 Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg

Precious Little

I have no fear
of these ugly birds
that squabble over my passing.

I shall have the last laugh,
after all.
There is precious little meat
on these small bones.

Precious Little.
Ha! I think I like that name
even better than
Notorious.

No, there is no dread
of this final passage,
for many friends
have gone before.
Their light still shines.

But rather, I resist
that other death.
For She is blind,
and greater than us all.

And I have served Her well.
