Three Billy Goats Gruff

Three billy goats (What a fine bunch!)
Had nothing to eat for their lunch.
"Remember that field,"
Eldest bleated, " 'Twill yield
Enough for a jolly good munch."

"But, Brother," quoth Youngest, "the Troll
Inhibits the path to our goal.
Like a wolf, he is lurking;
Let's get our brains working.
You know, I quite fancy a stroll."

Goat One trotted boldly across.
"Oh, Troll!" he cried out, "Here's the goss.
After me comes your dinner,
Twice as fat - I am thinner,
So just let him know who's the boss."

Goat two told a similar story;
Ran away into safe territory.
Undeterred, biggest Billy
Forced the troll to look silly -
Flung him far off the bridge to his glory.
