Too Many Grains of Sand to Count
by adewpearl
Too many grains of sand to count but not one cause for sorrow, for any total reached today will change before tomorrow. The tide soon sweeps across the shore, so why take time to dally to make a count that soon won't jibe with any sum I tally? Some people find great comfort in a world defined by science, where everything falls into place with absolute compliance. For them a world of absolutes might be the perfect ticket, but if I find a patch of sand, I'd rather fling and kick it! |
